White House condemns Elon Musk for 'endorsing antisemitic post'

Elon Musk, the CEO of X (formerly Twitter), has come under fire from the White House after appearing to respond approvingly to an "antisemitic conspiracy theory" on the platform.

Musk denied the post's antisemitic nature and said it was the "actual truth" but a White House spokesperson labeled his reply a repetition of a "hideous lie" about Jewish people, calling it "unacceptable."

"We condemn this abhorrent promotion of antisemitic and racist hate in the strongest terms," said White House spokesperson Andrew Bates.

The post Musk replied to implicated Jewish communities in promoting "hatred against whites" and included anti-immigrant sentiments. This endorsement was seen as supporting the 'racist and antisemitic conspiracy theory' known as "white genocide," which alleges that Jewish individuals systematically encourage immigration to Western countries to "eliminate" the white race.

Earlier, Elon Musk commented on the massacres and incinerations carried out by the Israeli Occupation Forces against innocent civilians in Gaza, stating, "For every Hamas member that you kill, how many did you create?"

Musk added, "If you kill somebody's child in Gaza, you've made at least a few Hamas members" who are ready to die to target the occupation.

The White House's remarks come a month after the start of the Operation Aqsa Typhoon on October 7th, in response to the aggression by the Israeli Occupation Forces.
