World Health Organization lost contact with healthcare workers at Shifa Hospital

15-11-2023 17:56|The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that they lost contact with healthcare workers at Al-Shifa Hospital.
The Director-General said patients, healthcare workers and emergency responders are unable to enter or exit some hospitals.
He noted that there were approximately 3,500 beds in Gaza hospitals before the war but currently there are only around 1,400.
He added 'We are extremely concerned about the safety of staff and patients, and protecting them is of utmost importance.'
