Antiochian Church extends support to Gaza

In a gesture of solidarity, the Antiochian Church has stepped forward to provide aid to the Gaza Strip. This humanitarian effort unfolded during a visit by an Antiochian Patriarchal delegation, originating from Syria and making its way to Jordan.

The delegation was led by His Eminence Metropolitan Athanasius Fahd and Metropolitan Ephraim Maalouli.

During the visit, the delegation presented a substantial financial contribution to Archbishop Christophoros, aimed at bolstering assistance for the people of Gaza.

This donation was bestowed as a gift from His Beatitude Patriarch John X Yazigi, the esteemed leader of the Antiochian Church, overseeing the Greek Orthodox faithful and all Orthodox parishioners within the Antiochian See.
