MSNBC allegedly suspends pro-Palestinian anchors' shows

Reliable sources have confirmed that the US news network MSNBC has suspended the shows of three Muslim anchors amid the attack in Gaza.

Mehdi Hasan, Ayman Mohieddine, and Ali Velshi were quietly removed from the anchor's chair following what is happening in Gaza, Semafor revealed.

According to Semafor, the news network did not air a scheduled Thursday night episode of "The Mehdi Hasan Show" and canceled plans for Mohieddine to anchor Joy Reid’s show on Thursday and Friday. Sources also disclosed that Velshi would be replaced by another anchor for his upcoming weekend shows.

However, MSNBC "vehemently pushed back against any notion that either Hasan or Mohieddine were being sidelined in any way," Semafor added.

Nevertheless, two Arab News sources directly involved in the decision within MSNBC have confirmed the suspension.
