A 19-year-old Palestinian, identified as  Bader al-Masri, was fatally shot and three others were injured during an Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raid on Nablus Thursday night, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Additionally, dozens of locals suffered from severe breathing difficulties due to the tear gas fire by the IOF.

The raid was conducted to secure the Israeli Occupation settlers' storming of Joseph's Tomb shrine, during which they closed off Amman Street with dirt mounds.

The Ministry of Health confirmed that all those who were injured were transported to the Rafidia Hospital, two of whom were in critical health condition.

The director of the Red Crescent Ambulance and Emergency Center in Nablus Ahmed Jibril said that the IOF prevented the Red Crescent ambulance from reaching a 12-day-old infant who needed urgent medical attention due to severe breathing difficulty.

He explained that the ambulance was targeted with rubber-coated metal bullets while it was transporting a patient near Balata refugee camp.
