Snow is expected to fall over mountainous areas that are higher than 1,200 meters above sea level on Monday and Tuesday, according to the executive director of Arabia Weather Mohammad Al-Shaker.
Shaker told Roya Sunday that snow is expected at the peaks of the Jerash and Ajloun mountains, noting that it will temporarily extend to areas below 1,200 meters.
He stressed that on Monday dawn and Tuesday morning, snow will fall in areas that are higher than 1,100 meters above sea level. Snow will accumulate in the areas of Ras Munif, Thaghret Asfour, Al-Qaeeda triangle, and the peaks of the Suf region and the high surrounding areas.
Several other areas will witness some showers of snow for a short period of time on Tuesday morning.
