Royal Hashemite Court announces date of Crown Prince's wedding

The Royal Hashemite Court announced Saturday that the wedding of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif will take place on 1 June 2023.

They got engaged on Aug. 17, 2022 at the home of Ms Rajwa’s father in Riyadh in the presence of Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah.

Ms. Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif was born in Riyadh, on April 28, 1994, to Mr. Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif, and Mrs. Azza bint Nayef Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Sudairi.

She received her secondary education in Saudi Arabia, and her higher education at the College of Architecture at Syracuse University in New York, USA.

The origin of the Al Saif family goes back to the Subai tribe, and they have been the sheikhs of the town of Al-Attar in Sudair, Najd, since the beginning of the reign of King Abdulaziz Al Saud.
