Authorities seize 765,000 narcotic pills hidden inside watermelons in Riyadh

Wednesday, Saudi Arabia security forces seized around 765,000 amphetamine tablets in Riyadh, announced the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC).

The pills were hidden inside watermelons in a shipment that belonged to five people, three Syrians and two Saudi citizens.

The five individuals were arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution.

Investigations are still ongoing.
