Sunday, Aug. 21, a man killed his wife by stabbing her to death following disputes between them. The incident took place in the Zarqa governorate.

Police arrested the man and he was charged with premeditated murder.

- Another man stabs wife to death inside Al-Bashir Hospital -

Tuesday, Aug. 23, a man stabbed his wife to death inside one of the patients’ rooms at Al-Bashir Hospital.

The man came into her room and stabbed her 30 times with a sharp object.

The Public Prosecutor of Major Crimes has charged the murderer with premeditated murder.

A source close to the investigation told Roya that marital disputes were a motive for the perpetrator to hide a sharp object and attack his wife, who was supposed to undergo surgery in the orthopedic department in the hospital on the same day.

The source indicated that the wife had to undergo the surgery as she was severely beaten by her husband 10 days ago, which led to him breaking her jaw.
