A clip circulating on social media depicting a person moving inside a body bag as exposing a hoax by Ukrainian television to convince public opinion that Russia is bombing civilians.

An inspection of it after being cut into fixed scenes revealed that it was published in a report broadcasted by Austrian channel Oe24 on Feb. 4, 2022, and it depicted a protest in front of the Federal Government building in Vienna against climate policies.

The video shows bodies in bags lying on the ground, then someone moves inside the bag and someone rushes towards it to cover it again.

The video's publishers commented, "The scandal of Ukrainian television," and continued, "The television broadcasts scenes of Ukrainian civilians killed by the Russians, but suddenly....", indicating that the scene is just a representation.

This comes at a time when the Russian-Ukrainian war continues for its ninth day.
