Palestinian sources confirmed that dozens of Palestinians participated Monday in a solidarity stand in support of prisoners in front of the headquarters of the Red Cross in Bethlehem.

Munqith Abu Atwan, director of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority in Bethlehem, said that this is “a message of solidarity with the prisoners” who are inside the Israeli Occupation prisons.

He added that the Israeli Occupation is practicing repression and violence against the prisoners and is trying to seize their property so that they can live in a state of instability.

The representative of the Faction Coordination Committee Mohammed al-Jaafari stressed that the Israeli Occupation is launching a fierce attack on Palestinian prisoners, and it is necessary to put an end to their practices against the prisoners.
