Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its concern over the developments in the situation in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, this morning.
The ministry, in its statement on Twitter, called on all concerned parties to practice discipline and self-control.

It also called on the Lebanese to refrain from violence and to prioritize the national interest.
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry reiterated the country’s utmost support for Lebanon and its interests.
