Friday, the Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny performed a live concert in the capital, Amman. The concert was attended by thousands of people, including Saleh, known as the 'Zarqa crime' victim.

During the concert, Hosny called out Saleh to come up on stage and asked the audience to greet him.

Hosny told Saleh that people go through a lot in their lives, but the real hero is the one who gets through it all.

Hosny continued by asking Saleh what song he wanted to listen to.

Saleh replied that he wanted Hosny to sing him “Nour Einy.”

In Oct. 2020, a group of men beat Saleh to a near death, gouging his eyes out and amputating his forearms in a case that has rocked the Kingdom.

Saleh said the group had targeted him because of a murder perpetrated by his father, for which he is currently imprisoned.

Notably, His Majesty King Abdullah II previously issued directives to provide all the necessary medical care for Saleh.
