The Minister of State for Media Affairs, the official spokesman for the government, Eng. Sakher Dudin, said that the third and final phase of the plan to re-open all sectors will enter into force starting Wednesday.

Dudin indicated that the procedures for the third phase include canceling the curfew in all governorates of the Kingdom, and allowing for face-to-face education for schools, kindergartens and universities, according to requirements related to vaccination.

It also includes allowing all sectors to operate at 100 percent capacity, with the exception of wedding halls that are allowed to operate with a capacity of 50 percent, and a maximum of 200 people.

Festivals, conferences, exhibitions and theaters will also operate at limited capacity and according to special requirements.

New vaccination requirements will also enter into force, which require all non-vaccinated private sector employees to conduct a PCR test on Sunday and Thursday.

Workers who do not adhere to the policy will not be allowed to work, and facilities that violate the policy may face closures.
