A person with a disability, identified as Ezzat, posted a video on social media of his experience after using the Bus Transit Rapid (BRT). He said he tried the BRT bus to see whether the bus was adapted for people with disabilities.

He added that he was surprised that the BRT bus was equipped with everything needed for people with disabilities.
