Tuesday, more than 15,000 people got vaccinated in Irbid and the vaccination site at Al-Hassan Sports City witnessed a huge turnout.

The Irbid Health Affairs Director Riyadh al-Sheyyab said the huge turnout 'required double the effort' from crisis management employees, medical devices, volunteers and traffic officers who dealt with traffic jams in the areas near vaccination sites.

Irbid Governor and head of the Crisis Cell Committee in Irbid Radwan al-Etoum said the increasing turnout for vaccination proves that the campaign has been successful in urging citizens and residents to get vaccinated.

The head of the Irbid Traffic Department Tariq Freihat said traffic officers required reinforcement in order to deal with traffic around Al-Hassan Sports City.
