Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt Sameh Shoukry continued Friday to coordinate positions in the targeted efforts to stop the dangerous escalation in the Palestinian territories and to provide protection for the brotherly Palestinian people.

The two ministers emphasized, during telephone talks, the need to launch effective international action to protect the brotherly Palestinian people, stop the escalation, attacks and violations in all of historical Palestine. 

They stressed the need to end the Israeli Occupation and achieve a just peace that meets all the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people.

Al-Safadi held the Israeli Occupation responsible for the escalation that is pushing the entire region towards more tension and violence.
