At least 11 dead in school shooting in Russia

At least 11 people were killed Tuesday in a shooting inside a secondary school in Kazan, central Russia.

Interfax news agency quoted relief agencies as an initial toll, stating that eight students and a teacher were killed.

One of the shooters was arrested, and another was killed by police.
