Tuesday, the Ministry of Health (MoH) called on citizens to use shopping apps that provide delivery services. This came in order to limit direct contact in markets and shops.

The ministry had previously called on citizens to avoid crowded places and markets, which have become noticeably crowded in lieu of Ramadan, in order to protect themselves from contracting the coronavirus.

The ministry stressed the importance of adhering to the required health and safety measures which include wearing face masks, social distancing and avoiding overcrowded places.
