Wednesday, the "Haggak Tiraf" platform denied rumors that say that Pfizer canceled the agreements they made with Jordan to provide the Kingdom with two million doses of the coronavirus vaccine.

Rawad Gebrael, Pfizer Lebanon and Jordan Country Manager confirmed Pfizer's commitment to all the agreements made with the Jordanian Ministry of Health, according to the platform.

Gebrael said in a press statement that Pfizer is providing Jordan with the agreed amount of vaccines on a weekly basis, adding that a new batch of the vaccine will arrive this week.

He added that Pfizer and the Ministry of Health are working to increase the quantities of the vaccine, with the aim of administering doses to the largest possible number of people.

In 2018, the government launched the electronic platform "Haggak Tiraf" (You Have the Right to Know) with the aim of combating rumors and enhancing access to information.
