Tuesday, the Director General of ArabiaWeather Mohammad Al-Shaker told Roya's Nabd Albalad that the accumulation of snow in Amman will reach 30 centimeters Thursday morning, and that it may exceed that in the northern regions.

Shaker added that snowfall is expected to start Wednesday noon in areas at 900 meters above sea level and over. However, he said that it is not expected that the snowfall will continue until Wednesday dawn.

Shaker indicated that the snowfall peak will be between 5pm and 8pm Wednesday.

Temperatures in Amman will range between three and zero degrees Wednesday with chances of snow during the day and heavy snow at night in areas at 800 meters above sea level and over.

Thursday, temperatures in Amman will range between three degrees during the day and five at night, with a mix of rain and snow expected.
