Tuesday, the Health Director of Ramtha Ikhlas Al-Saad, said that around 3,300 people received the COVID-19 vaccine in the approved centers in Ramtha since the beginning of the national vaccination campaign on Jan. 13.

The vaccination centers in Ramtha are the King Abdullah University Hospital and the Ramtha Comprehensive Health Center.

Al-Saad indicated that the vaccination campaign is still continuing, albeit slow on some days, as 740 people were vaccinated in the Ramtha Comprehensive Health Center and 2,560 people were vaccinated in the main center of Ramtha at King Abdullah University Hospital, at a rate of about 56 to 70 percent as shown on the platform.

Al-Saad stressed the need for citizens to adhere to wearing masks and social distancing, as well as the initiative to register to receive vaccines to protect the community.
