Mobaideen holds a Bachelor's degree in Law.
Mobaideen’s professional positions are as follows:
- Minister of Interior (2018-2019).
- Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission in 2017.
- Secretary-General of the Ministry of Interior in 2014.
- Governor of Amman in 2009.
- Governor of Aqaba in 2006.
