Sunday, an extremist occupation settler ran over two Palestinian children and a woman near the Cave of the Patriarchs in the West Bank. The attack comes amid ramped up attacks on Palestinians in the coronavirus crisis, despite movement restrictions and lockdowns.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced the injured were immediately transfered to a hospital for treatment. Their wounds were described as minor to moderate.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights' weekly report this week documented 191 violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law by IOF and occupying settlers.

The report included eight incidents of settler violence, including a family assaulted in their home in Jenin, and a child kidnapped in Nablus.

Due to the pandemic, PCHR’s mobility and ability to conduct field documentation has been limited. Therefore, reported violations only account for a small number of violations.
