The Ministry of Public Works and Housing Thursday called on citizens to be extra cautious, due to the bad weather condition, and avoid valleys and areas with flooding. The Ministry asked citizens to report any emergency situations involving public infrastructure, caused by the current weather conditions, by calling one of the ministry's operations rooms across the Kingdom.
