The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply and the Companies Control Department (CCD) announced that they will stop receiving individuals Sunday at their center in Amman.

The purpose of the closure is for the sterilization for the buildings, after a number of their workers were infected with the coronavirus.

All the workers were tested for COVID-19 Tuesday and Wednesday.

In a press statement Saturday, the ministry said that the ministry’s directorates in all other governorates are operating as usual and called on citizens to go to their nearest directorate for urgent matters if required.

The ministry said that all of the electronic services provided by the ministry and the CCD will be available, which include services of obtaining QR certificates; financial deposits, submitting requests for company registration, requests for passwords and others.
