Palestine has recorded 10 deaths and 395 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, announced the Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai al-Kileh, on Monday.
The deaths involved an 82-yeaar-old in Jenin, a 53-year-old in Tulkarem, a 68-year-old in Hebron, a 73-year-old and 70-year-old in Nablus, a 72-year-old in Bethlehem and four deaths in Jerusalem.
The recovery rate stands at 87.1%, while the active cases rate is 12.1%, and the death rate is 0.8%.
The new coronavirus cases included: 54 in Hebron, 21 in Nablus, 32 in Bethlehem, 53 in Jenin, 35 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, 13 in Qalqilya, six in Salfit, six in Tubas, 25 in Jericho and al-Aghwar, 118 in Gaza Strip, 13 in the suburbs of Jerusalem and 10 in Jerusalem City.
The recovery cases involved: 76 in Hebron, 49 in Jenin, 52 in Tulkarem, nine in Qalqilya, seven in Salfit, 74 in Nablus, 19 in Bethlehem and 26 in Jerusalem.
Currently, 38 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and five are on ventilators.
