Amman Municipality reopens after two days of closure

All buildings operating under the Greater Amman Municipality will reopen, on Wednesday, said Mayor of Amman, Yousef Al-Shawarbeh, on Tuesday.

The decision to shut down the municipality was taken on Monday, after staff members received warning messages from Aman mobile application notifying them that they came into contact with COVID-19 patients.

Al-Shawarbeh called on citizens to use the municipality's website 'SANAD' and the e-government to do their transactions, which will be dealt with in full transparency and credibility.
