The only way to overcome COVID-19 is through a renewed integration of the whole world, said King Abdullah II during the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, on Tuesday.

His Majesty added, "The COVID-19 crisis has brought a mirror to our world, and shown us the cracks in our global system."

A two-state solution, is the the only way to end the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, His Majesty added.

His Majesty said on the 75th anniversary the founding of this organization, "We remain deeply committed to its promise in building a more prosperous, inclusive, and peaceful world, and we see in these extraordinary times an opportunity to help fulfil that promise."

His Majesty explained that this is an opportunity to reconsider the role of the United Nations and other international organizations, to become more influential in dealing with old and new challenges.
