An informed source revealed on Friday, July 3, that Jordan is planning to reopen airports for international flights during July or at the end of the month.
The reopening of airports will be according to the epidemiological situation in the countries, the source said in a press statement to the official television.
Based on the epidemiological situation, countries have been categorized into three levels as follows: low-risk countries (green), moderate-risk countries (yellow), and high-risk countries (red).
The same source confirmed that there will be specific conditions that differ according to the risk level in each country, noting that among the conditions will be a COVID-19 test 72 hours before travel, a quarantine for 7-14 days and home quarantine.
It added that these measures are preliminary and subject to change according to the epidemiological situation in Jordan and consultations with other countries.
