Four Children and their mother have died today after an old bomb exploded in the city of Mafraq, spokesman for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said.

The spokesman explained that the PSD received a report today about an explosion in a neighborhood in Mafraq, where police officers immediately rushed to the scene.

He added that specialized teams are now examining the site and an investigation into the incident was launched.
