The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, launched today a website to increase awareness on the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The website includes information about the virus, its symptoms, instructions for home quarantine, the mechanism for reporting suspicious cases, details of government hospitals that are detecting for the disease, in addition to an update of the number of COVID-19 cases in Jordan.

The Ministry had earlier launched the "Ask about Corona" service by calling the toll-free number 111 to receive citizens' inquiries about the virus, and it also provided hotline numbers to contact citizens 24 hours a day.
