Government: Jordan under external, internal pressure for position towards Jerusalem

“Jordan is under external and internal pressure because of its positions regarding Jerusalem,” Minister of State for Media Affairs and the government spokesperson, Jumana Ghunaimat said during a seminar on Jerusalem held at the House of Representatives on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.

Ghunaimat affirmed that Jordan will not abdicate Jerusalem and its holy sites, and will continue to defend it under King Abdullah’s II leadership.
