The Board of Directors of the Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) decided on Monday, April 1, 2019, to modify the yellow taxi fare to 350 fils.

The spokeswoman for the LTRC Abla Wishah said that the decision also included that the lowest taxi drive cost is JD 1.
Wishah also explained that the LTRC addressed the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization to start modifying taximeters in officially approved workshops.
