With the participation of publishing houses from all around the Arab world, the 2018 Amman International Book Fair is not only an attraction for book worms or bestsellers’ hunters, as it offers the public with daily cultural activities suitable for all ages.

The 2018 Amman International Book Fair, held at the Amman International Motor Show, Airport Road, has more than 300 publishing houses participating in this round, either directly or through their local representatives. Participating countries this year include United Arab Emirates, China, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Turkey, Tunisia, Syria, Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt as well as Jordan, the hosting country.

Activities remain ongoing throughout the fair, which will last until October 6, 2018, that include poetry reciting, storytelling, cultural seminars, lectures and public Q&A, book signings, kids puppet and engagement shows, as well as musical evenings.

The Fair is open daily (Saturday-Thursday from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, Fridays from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM).
