Under royal directives, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmad Al-Hnaity, ordered yesterday, Thursday, the dispatch of a Jordanian Royal Air Force (RJAF) aircraft to evacuate a Jordanian citizen from Saudi Arabia to Al-Hussein Medical City after being involved in a traffic accident - an official statement by the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) said Friday.

The commander of the Royal Air Force Medical Services stated that a Jordanian citizen working in Saudi Arabia was evacuated via a military aircraft equipped with a specialized medical team, adding that the condition of the injured individual is critical.

The relatives of the Jordanian citizen expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces for this royal gesture and humanitarian gesture that eased their burden, praising the leading role of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army.
