Portuguese Foreign Minister João Gomez Cravinho emphasized the necessity of maintaining the flow of aid into the Gaza Strip.

In a joint press conference with the Jordanian Foreign Minister and their Slovenian counterpart on Saturday, Cravinho underscored the importance of implementing the two-state solution to resolve the regional conflict.

He expressed his country's support for achieving a lasting ceasefire in Gaza.

Addressing the Israeli Occupation's targeting of Palestinians in the West Bank, Cravinho condemned the actions of settlers against the Palestinian population.

He pointed out that the ongoing expansion of settlements in the West Bank poses a threat to the viability of the two-state solution.

Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon, during the same press conference with her Jordanian and Portuguese counterparts, affirmed Slovenia's opposition to the forced displacement of Gaza Strip residents. Fajon emphasized the significance of working towards a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
