A father has killed his 19-year-old son using a sharp instrument in Mafraq governorate on Thursday evening, May 9, 2019, according to a spokesman for the Public Security Directorate (PSD).

The spokesman added that the father had surrendered himself to the Mafraq Security Center, and had confessed to killing his son due to family disputes.

An investigation into the incident was launched.
