Head of the Jordanian Constructions Contractors Association, Ahmed Al-Yaqoub, expressed the readiness of the Jordanian contractor to implement various construction projects in the Comoros, especially in projects of building houses for people with limited income, as well as infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.

During his meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Comoros, Yaqoub pointed out the cooperation to train Comorian workers in various construction professions, adding that the Association has within its plans and strategies to create more jobs and other opportunities outside Jordan.

In turn, the head of the Comorian delegation Abdo Hussein stressed the importance of strengthening relations and benefiting from the Jordanian expertise developed in the construction sector, and reviewed his country's urgent need for various development projects, especially in the field of housing and roads.

Hussein said that Jordanian investors can build hotels in the promising field of tourism as well as in the agricultural sector.
