Three Palestinians, including a 14-year-old girl were arrested in the predawn hours of Monday.

According to Maan, Israeli forces raided several areas of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem at that time, before clashing with Palestinians.

The Palestinian girl was arrested “on suspicion of intention to carry out an attack”, Wafa news agency reported.

Among the three detainees were two brother, aged 18 and 20 from East Jerusalem, specifically town of Silwan.

An Israeli army spokesperson told Ma’an they would look into reports of the detention in Anata.

According to a joint report released Palestinian institutions focusing on prisoners' rights, the total number of Palestinians in Israeli prisons reached 6,300 prisoners 64 of them women.

Among them are 10 girls under the age of 18 and 300 underage boys.
