“Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized the Biden administration once again over the slow pace of US military aid to “Israel”.

In an interview with Punchbowl News, Netanyahu revealed that he has been in communication with US officials regarding the issue.

“I raised this issue with Secretary [of State Antony] Blinken. And I said that we are being told by our Defense Department officials that barely a trickle is coming in,” Netanyahu stated.

He quoted Blinken as responding, “Well, everything is in process. We’re doing everything to untangle it. And to clear up the bottlenecks.”

Netanyahu emphasized the urgency, saying, “Let’s make sure that it does happen. It must happen.”

Netanyahu noted that these concerns had been growing for months and had been the subject of numerous discussions between “Israeli” and American officials, including direct conversations between himself and US President Joe Biden.

“We began to see that we had some significant problems emerging a few months ago. And in fact, we tried, in many, many quiet conversations between our officials and American officials, and between me and the president to try to iron out this diminution of supply,” he explained.

Contradicting Netanyahu’s claims, US Envoy Amos Hochstein reportedly told the “Israeli” Prime Minister that his public statements alleging the US is “withholding weapons and ammunitions to Israel” were “unproductive and more importantly, completely untrue,” according to a senior US official cited by CNN.
