A novel card deck, “Champions of Palestine,” was launched to spotlight international advocates for Gaza amidst the Israeli occupation’s relentless aggression against the Strip.

The deck featured 52 individuals from over 25 countries, all of whom expressed support for Palestinian rights and sovereignty during the “Israeli” hostilities, which until today, has lasted for 200 days.

The creators selected these figures for their resolve in countering deceptive narratives and voicing inconvenient truths.

Key voices featured in the deck:

Norman G. Finkelstein: A Political Scientist in the United States; he is an American activist who taught political theory and the Israeli occupation of Palestine for many years. He famously stated, "If Hamas has to be dismantled for October 7, the Israeli government has to be dismantled ten times over for its crimes."

Motaz Azaiza: Palestinian Photojournalist and activist based in Gaza -up until recently- who reports on a daily basis the tragic events ongoing in the Gaza Strip, through various social media platforms. One of his famous quotes read, "Every moment I capture is for you, for the world to take action."

Gaza's 200th day under siege:

The ongoing Israeli Occupation's brutal actions in the Gaza Strip have now persisted for 200 consecutive days, marked by severe atrocities including genocide, starvation, abuse, displacement, and a profound humanitarian crisis.

Recently, three mass graves were discovered at the Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza, which underscore the magnitude of the tragedy.

The toll of “Israeli” aggression continued to rise, with the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reporting a staggering number of casualties - with 34,183 martyrs and 77.143 wounded since the start of the aggression on Oct. 7, 2023.

In the past 24 hours alone, three massacres by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have resulted in the deaths of 32 individuals and injuries to 59 others.
