The Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army conducted today, Thursday, five air drops carrying humanitarian and food aid with the participation of partner countries, targeting several locations in the northern Gaza Strip - a statement by the JAF said.

Two aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), one aircraft from the Arab Republic of Egypt, one aircraft from the United Arab Emirates, and one aircraft from the Federal Republic of Germany participated in the airdrop - according to the statement.

This operation comes within the framework of ongoing international efforts by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to alleviate the difficult humanitarian suffering caused by the “Israeli” war on the Gaza Strip.

The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) emphasize their continued commitment to sending humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift, either via aid planes from Marka Airport to Al-Arish International Airport or through air drops to the Gaza Strip or land convoys of aid.

The number of airdrops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army since the start of the “Israeli” aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 62 Jordanian air drops and 104 air drops in cooperation partner countries.
