The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confirmed today, Sunday, the death of Captain and platoon commander Daniel Perez by Al-Qassam Brigades in “Operation Aqsa Typhoon” carried out on Oct. 7, 2023.

Captain Daniel Perez, 22 years old, was eliminated and his body was taken by Al-Qassam Brigades on Oct. 7.

He served as platoon commander in the 7th armored Brigade’s 77th Battalion, and his death was announced by “Israel’s” Military Rabbinate Crops, which provides religious services to soldiers, based on findings and new intelligence information - as reported by “The Times of Israel.”

He will be buried according to Jewish law, despite his body remaining in Gaza.
