Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan affirmed his "resolute" support for the leaders of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in their war against Israeli Occupation in the Gaza Strip for over five months.

Speaking in Istanbul on Saturday, Erdogan stated, "No one can push us to classify Hamas as a terrorist organization. Turkey is the country openly engaging with Hamas leaders, standing firmly behind them."

Erdogan has consistently labeled Israeli Occupation as a "terrorist state" since the beginning of the aggression in Gaza, asserting that Hamas, classified as a "terrorist" group by Israeli Occupation, the United States, and the European Union, is a "liberation movement."

He also remarked that there is "no difference" between Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
