Preparations of the first “organized camp” for displaced persons in the Gaza Strip was sighted by Roya’s correspondent - as the Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 86th day.

Footage shows parts of the camp set-up by the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PCRS) in cooperation with the Egyptian Red Crescent. The camp is located in the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

The camp includes several tents ready to accommodate the displaced individuals who fled the Israeli Occupation’s bombardment.. The camp is situated in an area claimed by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) to be “safe.”

The Israeli occupation's aggression against the Strip has caused the internal displacement of 90% of the population, according to United Nations statistics.
