A three-year-old child died after drowning in a water tank in Karak, according to a source from the Civil Defense Directorate.

The child was pulled out of the water by family members, and ambulance teams swiftly transported them to Karak Governmental Hospital.

Another unfortunate incident was reported via AmenFM, revealing that a 66-year-old man passed away due to an electric shock in the Al-Batrawi area of Zarqa. Ambulance teams were dispatched to transfer the man to Princess Basma Teaching Hospital.

The report also highlighted a fire outbreak on the second floor of a house in Irbid, which left five individuals with varying degrees of burns. These victims were subsequently transported to Ramtha Governmental Hospital, with the condition of two of them reported as critical.

Over the course of the weekend, the Civil Defense Directorate addressed a total of 4,231 emergency situations across Jordan. This included handling 328 rescue operations and responding to 281 incidents of fire.
