The Director of the Supply Department at the Ministry of Health Maher Al-Zyoud confirmed that all types of medicines have been available since May 15, in sufficient quantities, in the ministry’s centers and hospitals.

In a press statement, Zyoud said that alternative medicines are available if the original medicine is not available.

He noted that patients can get medications from private pharmacies through health insurance, if unavailable at the ministry's centers and hospitals.

Zyoud also said patients can ask the heads of pharmacy departments to provide a certain medication and, if they do not respond, they have the right to communicate with health directors to request the needed medicine.
