Earlier Thursday, Israeli Occupation targeted a residential apartment killing two Palestinians and injuring others in Hamad Town, located in Khan Yunis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, according to Roya's correspondent.

The attack was carried out using a suicide plane, directly hitting an inhabited apartment.

There are unconfirmed reports suggesting that children are among those who have been killed. The Palestinian health authorities have not provided official confirmation yet.

Later, a correspondent from Roya said that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) also bombed an abandoned house in Bani Suhaila, situated east of Khan Yunis in the Al-Saqiya area near the Abu Obeida Mosque.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Israeli Occupation army stated that they were targeting the Islamic Jihad movement in the Gaza Strip.

Prior to this, Palestinian resistance factions had warned that any bombings of homes in Gaza would lead to an escalation of missile attacks on Tel Aviv by the resistance.

Roya's correspondent mentioned that a number of settlers in Asqalan and Sderot were injured by rockets fired by the Palestinian resistance.
