Wednesday, sirens sounded in several settlements in the Israeli Occupation including Sderot, Ashkelon, Ibim, Nir Am, Mefalsim, Ashdod, Netivot and other areas adjacent to the Gaza Strip, Roya's correspondent reported.
He said that the Palestinian resistance fired rockets from Gaza at the settlements bordering the Strip, noting that the Iron Dome intercepted a number of them.
He added that the Israeli Occupation warplanes launched three raids on the Gaza Strip, and bombed an empty land east of Khan Yunis.
Hebrew media reported that a direct hit occurred in the Sderot settlement, adding that aircraft movement at Lod Airport in Tel Aviv was halted due to the rockets fired from the Strip.
Some planes flew over the sea and might have to land in Cyprus, according to Hebrew media.
